Returns Policy
We want you to be stoked with your Spurdog gear, but if something's not quite right, here’s how we handle returns:
Returning an Item
You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging with tags still attached.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless: The item is faulty under warranty.We’ve sent you the wrong item (our bad!).
Refunds
Once we receive your return and check it over, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.
Refunds can take up to 5–7 working days to show, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
Want a different size or colour? Just return your item and place a new order for what you need.
Warranty & Faulty Items
If your item is damaged or faulty due to a manufacturing issue, contact us and we’ll sort it – either with a replacement or refund.Proof of purchase is required, and we may ask for photos to speed things up.
